About SONDRA IMPERATI
For 25 years, I've coached and mentored people, teams and businesses of all shapes and sizes--from blue-chip brands to solopreneurs. I not only connect well with others but have proven tools to empower people and businesses to connect with their courage--taking small or large steps.
Personally, I've been a courage connector my entire life. As an only child, I've dealt with parental loss and served as a caregiver. I've abandoned people pleasing to set health boundaries. In the NY Times best-selling book, Eat Pray Love Made Me Do It, I chronicled my journey leaving my marriage, home and job--all at the same time. Most recently, I left my corporate career to follow my dream to help others connect with their courage.
